m3w is a streamer to stream live audio data to the world-wide-web.
It uses LAME to convert data taken from the soundcard to mp3 format.
It can login to an broadcasting server (icecast, shoutcast, darwin)
as a source client to realize an internet radio station.
It also can store the mp3 data as a file. So it can serve as a
live audio recorder for mp3 format.
m3w runns under windows95 or later.
m3w is free software.
